The only thing I have ever collected in my life is quotes. Whenever I come across a good quote, musing, or poignant thought, I jot it down. It started as a simple collection in my iPhone notes app, but soon evolved into a handwritten catalog filling several notebooks. The latest version a tiny, leather-bound book - small enough to fit in the palm of my hand - with the words “Don’t Forget” engraved on the cover.
For me, there’s nothing quite like reading (or hearing) something that perfectly captures a thought or feeling I’ve had. It’s as if the words are saying, “You’re not alone, I think this way too”, making me feel seen and understood.
And since I’m not a gatekeeper to the wisdom of the Universe, I thought I’d share some of my favorites. Thank me later ;)
